pečieme: zapekané boloňské cestoviny / baking: baked pasta bolognese

Vstávanie po iba pár hodinách spánku, to som celá ja :D Srandujem.. Bolo to dnes príšerné, ale čo by človek, zastupujúci nervózneho rodiča na prijímačkách ("malej" sestry), neurobil? A potom ako doprovod "malému" bratovi, aby po darovaní krvi niekde neodpadol po ceste. Samozrejme, "deti" nemôžu hladovať, na obed/večeru sú Boloňské zapekané cestoviny a pre veľký úspech aj moje "Zdravé muffiny z ovsených vločiek".
Waking up after just few hours of sleep, that's a lot like me :D I'm joking.. It was awful, but what would a person substituting parents at entrance examination (for "a little" sister) not do? And then escorting "little" brother to the hospital not to fall away after giving blood. Of course, "the kids" could not starve, so we are having Baked Bolognese pasta for lunch and because of the great success also my "Healthy oatmeal muffins".

Boloňské zapekané cestoviny / Baked Bolognese pasta

balík cestovín (farfalle)
1/2 kg mletého mäsa (mix bravčového a hovädzieho)
paradajkové pyré
200 g tvrdého syra
cibuľa
3 strúčiky cesnaku
soľ a čierne mleté korenie
bazalka
olej

package of pasta (farfalle)
1/2 kg of minced meat (mixture of pork and beef)
tomato puree
200 g of hard cheese
onion
3 cloves of garlic
salt & pepper
basil
oil

Cestoviny som varila podľa návodu, avšak nechala som ich ešte trochu tvrdé (pri pečení v omáčke ešte zmäknú). Na oleji som opražila na drobno nakrájanú cibuľu. (Naozaj zbožňujem tú vôňu. ;) )
I cooked the pasta by tutorial, but I made them bit hard (they will soften in the sauce during baking). I toasted finely chopped onion on the oil. (I really love the smell ;) )

Pridala som cesnak, mäso, opiekla som ho z každej strany, osolila a okorenila.
I added garlic, meat, toasted from each side, put some salt & pepper on it.

Pridala som paradajkové pyré a bazalku a varila asi 15 minút. Do pekáča som dala skoro-uvarené cestoviny, preliala som to mäsovou omáčkou, premiešala a zakryla strúhaným syrom. Dala som to piecť do vyhriatej rúry (cca 180 stupňov Celzia) na cca 30-35 minút.
Then I added tomato puree and basil and cooked for about 15 minutes. I put almost-done pasta into the pan, pour with the meat-souce, mixed together and covered with grated cheese. I put it into the preheated owen (about 180 degrees Celsius) for about 30-35 minutes.



Ako malý dôkaz, že naozaj pripravujem koláčiky ja (ešteže som bola aspoň učesaná) :D
A little proof that I am really the one making the cookies (at least I had my hair done) :D
