noc reklamožrútov / the night of the adeaters

Včera som v príspevku spomínala svoj piatkový program. Najskôr to bola "úžasná" cesta vlakom z Popradu, potom len krátka zastávka doma a šup ho na Noc Reklamožrútov. Mala som pocit, že mi celý deň niekto nedopraje, pretože prvý autobus nám tesne ušiel a ten ďalší sa dostal do zápchy, tak nám trošku trvalo sa tam dostať. A čo viac, potom sme to zo zastávky nemohli nijako nájsť miesto konania - Refinery Gallery (napriek tomu, že som 2-krát volala Robovi, aby nás naviedol, tak ale som správna žena bez navigačného zmyslu :D).

I mentioned my Friday's plans. At first, it was "awesome" travelling by train from Poprad, then short stop at home and then quickly to The Night of the Adeaters. I had a feeling that somebody must not wish me or what, because the first bus ran right in front of us and the other one went into a traffic jam, so we had a bit of a problem getting there. And as if it was not enough, we couldn't find the venue - Refinery Gallery from the bus stop (even if I called Robo 2 times, to help us find it, well I guess I am the right woman with no navigation sense :D)

A čo bola Noc Reklamožrútov? Kolekcia najlepších reklám z celého sveta v niekoľkých blokoch, medzi ktorými bola napríklad aj electro show, módna prehliadka, alebo aj súťaž o MINI na víkend s plnou nádržou. Program na hlavnom pódiu dopĺňalo aj niekoľko sprievodných akcií, napríklad "načapuj si vlastné pivo", Martini bar, možnosť zahrať si na XBOX 360, líčenie kozmetikou Max Factor, chill-out zóna s Tuli vakmi, hry pre dospelých (nie P :D) alebo aj fotenie vo Funny Boxe. And what was The Night of the Adeaters? Basically a collection of best advertisments from all over the World in several blocks, between which there was an electro show, fashion show, competition where you could won MINI for weekend with a full tank etc. The programme on the main stage was supplemented by several accompanying actions, like "pull your own beer", Martini bar, possibility to play on XBOX 360, make up with Max Factor cosmetics, chill-out zone with Tuli-bags, games for adults (not XXX :D) or taking pictures in Funny Box.
